When Herk asked me to make out with him, I was down right offended. What nerve!! Then the thought played around in my mind…I hadn’t dated anyone in a while, and I was starting to feel pretty bad about it. I sure as hell didn’t want to be all alone on the most romantic night of the year, and Herk was kinda cute for asking. I mean, of all the girls he could have asked, he asked me. That’s a good sign, right? So I gave in and went for it! I’m pretty happy I did. We have been hanging out a lot since then, and things are going so much better than the first time around. Herkimer is more charming than I remembered! Maybe this is what I have been waiting for. Yay for second chances!
