So you’re looking for a job, right? Need rent? Can’t feed your dog? I hear ya. And the obvious answer is to go find one on the web! So you sign in to Monster, or Career Builders or some such and begin poking around…

And maybe in 5 minutes, maybe 2 hours, you want to kill yourself. After looking at about 800 out of 1,000 jobs you begin to realize you’re looking at the same three jobs, but with slight variations. And they’re usually telemarketing, a temp agency, or something you’re ridiculously under qualified for. Soon, the depression from your growing realization that you definitely should have gone to a better college, gone longer or gone at all, sets in and that’s just about quiting time.

And that leaves you with absolutely no interest in further online job searching, for at least a few weeks. Meanwhile the rent piles up…your dog goes hungry…
