You might find, generally speaking, that you’ll have a much better day if you start it off by playing Tennessee by Arrested Development as loud as you’re comfortable with and dancing. Dancing like it’s the last time you’ll ever get to. DANCE UNTIL YOU’RE OUT OF BREATH. It’s the right way to start off the day. Also, a yogurt.
