Laughing Boy Comics

I went to the movies, hoping for something cute, and saw He’s Just Not That Into You starring Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Drew Barrymore and a bunch of other people. And it WAS cute…but also kinda depressing. This movie had a lot of things I don’t really want to think about. Cheating, lying, manipulation…well, dating in general I guess. Don’t get me wrong, I really liked it, but it got me thinking about things I didn’t want to think about. Like, did you ever see the movie Closer? After I saw it, I was certain that every guy, ever, was a cheating scumbag. He’s Just Not That Into You was definitely not as bad, but still. I guess I left the theatre with the wrong attitude. I should have kept the idea that love and happiness are out there if you just keep yourself open to it. I’m going to try…and maybe one day Justin Long will sweep ME off my feet.
