Summer is practically here, so I thought I might share some of my favorite things about my favorite season!

1. It’s warm, so I don’t have to spend half the day in front of a heating lamp.

2. The days are longer so I spend less time weeping in the dark.

3. Christmas is closer than it was last month!

4. It’s easier to pretend I’m in Disneyland.

5. The neighborhood cats have frogs to harass for a while.

6. I have frogs to eat!

7. Summer blockbusters like 17 Again! Oh Zac.

8. Sleeping on a sunny window sill.

9. The ice cream man.

And of course 10., the way bumblebees feel in my throat.
